Coffee can help get the bowels moving and when we improve our gut health and digestion, coffee, in my opinion, 'works' better than previously... it's not uncommon to notice this and if it's bothering you, cut the coffee for a bit and see how you do... add it back when you're home and conveniently located near facilities to see how it goes.
