???????
I'm new to the Whole30 and plan to start right after Labor Day weekend. Has anyone tried to do more than one reset at a time? I plan to do the normal Whole30 reset, but also wanted to try and implement the inflammatory and cravings resets at the same time. This means having to take out eggs and nuts though as well. I feel like all I have left to eat is fruits, vegetables and meat...and I'm not a huge meat eater. Has anyone tried this? or have any suggestions? My only thought is to do them separately, but I'd prefer to just do it all at once. Any advice is great!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted September 1, 2018 Moderators Share Posted September 1, 2018 It is our recommendation that first time Whole30'rs do the standard program first and then if needed, expand to eliminating more items such as eggs and nightshades. Usually people find that the standard program is effective and its already rather restrictive for the 30 days so try that first... at the very least it will get you into the meal planning, template and rhythm of the program before you eliminate more items. ???????
Thanks for your reply! That sounds good and I feel a little more confident going in and just doing the standard. I love egg!!
