Yelizaveta Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Hi. I would love some guidance and advice. I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Besides the hubby a few docs no one knows. This is my second pregnancy and it's way worse so far then the first. The thought of cooking makes me want to dry heaves and all I have been able to stomach (mostly) have been heavy carbs and even there only some not all. I did whole30 and loved how I felt and lost a few lbs and hate how I feel now. It doesn't help that I've got thyroid cancer (granted all under control but still) I have to keep my weight in check. That said. I want to do whole 30 but even when I can eat veggies and some proteins it's rare. Any advice is appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
