djn
Hi all. On day three and wondering how this works because I had bariatric surgery 5 years ago. I had 3/4 of my stomach removed so I get full with little food so I eat 6 small meals a day. The program says to eat 3 meals a day. Dennis
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted September 30, 2018 Moderators Share Posted September 30, 2018 The three meals a day recommendation is what works for most people. If you physically cannot eat that much at once, just adjust so that it works for you. It is best to still have some protein, some fat, and some vegetables at each meal. djn
Thanks Shannon. After I posted this I had the great idea to search the form and I found many post saying the same thing. One thing I noticed is what I use to eat was mainly soliable by water and I'd be hungry in a couple hours. Eating protein makes me feel full longer. lem124
Hi all! Anyone else here use Calcium Chews (with all kinds of fake sugars in them) as a part of their regular vitamin routine? I take the ones from Celebrate, and have been holding off on them bc I know there are lots of non-compliant ingredients in them. Anyone find a good alternative? Thanks!
