SuzannaCochran Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 Hi, I just finished a whole 30 about 3-4 weeks ago and have slowly been reintroducing different foods for a day and then going back to a week of eating whole 30 compliant. This past weekend was time for oats so on Saturday I had oats a couple different time, I felt nothing on Sunday but today (Monday) I have been bloated all day (it feels like my whole body is bloated). If you want to be sure, go back to Whole30 eating until you feel right again and then try again and see what happens. Then you'll know for sure!
