I accidentally ate caramel color. What should I do?

Today I was at a restaurant and just ordered a salad that was compliant and thought I will just have olive oil and balsamic vinegar as the dressing since that was available. However, after eating some of the balsamic vinegar I noticed that there was caramel color added to it. I'm devastated, I have bought balsamic vinegar for years and have never gotten one with caramel color so I didn't think of it being an issue before I ate it. What should I do? Should I start over the program? Any advice is appreciated, this is my second Whole30.
