I find that my energy is good, but It takes a bunch of small snacks to fill the pangs. Banana, HB egg, nuts and some carrot sticks. Is this the norm? But instead of a bunch of snacks, make your breakfast bigger, and then if you do still need to eat between meals, try to have a mini meal of protein, fat, and vegetables, or at least two of the three.
