You would need to read all the ingredients to determine if it is or not, but it is likely that it will have some kind of sweetener at least, and possibly other things that wouldn't be allowed.

If there are particular vitamins or minerals you're needing to supplement, it is typically easier to find compliant versions of those individual things. If you just take the multivitamin because it's what people do, you can probably skip it pretty safely for 30 days since you should be eating a variety of foods that contain lots of vitamins and minerals. As always, if your doctor has told you to take something, follow your doctor's instructions, even if they contradict whole30 rules.
