Strangejules Posted January 24, 2019 Share Posted January 24, 2019 Hello Everyone, I'm extremely new to Whole30. R1D4. I have been a life long eczema sufferer. Since I've started Whole30 my eczema has gone from bad to way worse. My question is. Am I still allowed to use my steroid ointment on my hands or will this throw me off round?
