Cait718 Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 So I’m halfway there and livin on a prayer today because lord I woke up feeling like I’d been run over. My body feels like lead, I have a headache and body aches, and zero energy. I haven’t done anything differently in the past week and I’m so confused. I don’t feel like I’m getting sick either it just feels like the hangover stage all over again lol HALP I’m not gonna stop the program because that’d be silly, I’ve made it this far, but has anyone else experienced this hangover feel around this mark? Do you want to list out what youv'e been eating and we can see if anything stands out?
