PatriciaNY
Anyone having a problem with constipation on whole30 and if so what are you taking that's compliant to relieve this issue?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 25, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 25, 2019 Some people find a magnesium supplement helpful. Also be sure you're drinking plenty of water -- aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz. And be sure you're eating lots of vegetables, 2-3 cups per meal, a mix of different types to get a mix of soluble and insoluble fiber.
PatriciaNY
Thank you ShannonM816, appreciate it. Starting again March 1st with my daughter and son-in-law and remember being this way when I did whole30 before. Appreciate the feed back!
Happy_Girl847
I believe the Whole9 website includes a list of supplements, which half appear to deal with the constipation/diahhreal issue: Digestive Enzymes, Curcumin (tumeric), Glutamine, R-Lipoic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc, and Fish Oil.
