Should I Restart?

Hey ya’ll. So I’m on day 13 and I’m feeling pretty discouraged because I accidently ate soy. My mom had cooked a meal and used aminos on some vegetable. It was totally my fault for not checking, but they ended up being Braggs aminos instead of coconut aminos. The only reason I thought to check was because my stomach was feeling upset later. I guess I’m sensitive to soy. So, my question is, will I still be able to get the results of discovering sensitivities to things like dairy and gluten if I keep going and reintroduce foods after these 30 days or do I need to start from scratch?
