KaraS Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 I’m at the end of day 2 and my stomach has been queazy and sensitive and I think I’m moody. I thought I saw somewhere that it was a day by day what to expect. Does anyone know where to find that? I missed an important meeting today because I seemed to forget about it and I’m really upset with myself. I am also getting overly upset at the kids. I just had to walk away so I didn’t yell at them. Be sure you're eating enough, drink lots of water, salt your food, rest when you can. Try peppermint or ginger teas to help with the queasy feeling. Your body is going through a detox and the symptoms of that are not fun. Hopefully this phase will be short-lived and you will start feeling better soon.
