I'm on day 5.  So far, so good.  I CAN fight off those after meal dessert urges when I know I have to.  My hope is that Whole30 will kill or seriously injure those urges going forward.  What I have learned so far is that I love walnut butter on a banana IN SMALL DOSES.  Too much walnut butter and I feel for about an hour like the day before the flu hits.  :wacko:

I do feel like I break out into a light sweat a little more often now.  At age 55, hot flashes have been pretty much a thing of the past for me.  But it is August, so...

Thanks for a great forum!  I feel I have an awesome support team!!
