JessFind Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 Hi ladies - I had to schedule my IUD replacement on Day 19 of my Whole 30, and now I'm kind of freaking out. This is the first time I'm replacing my IUD, so I'm not sure what to expect in general, and I'm a little worried about feeling even worse. I'm also on Day 2 right now and DEEP into the hangover phase, so that might be my anxiety talking. By day 19 I hope Tiger Blood will have taken over and maybe I'll even feel better because of it? I feel like this is a unique case, but has anyone had to deal with this, and what was your experience during your recovery? Thanks! Link to comment
