The chicken stock listed in the ingredients got me wondering. Can't it itself have a lot of ingredients in it? Why wouldn't they be listed? I'm not sure exactly what the labeling laws are, but I'm pretty sure if there were things like msg or dairy or soy, those things would need to be listed.
