Elizabeth D Posted October 19, 2019 Share Posted October 19, 2019 Hi all! This is my 2nd whole 30 journey. Doing it every six months to cut back on inflammation due to autoimmune issues. I'm 15 days in, and I had a few bites of bacon from a restaurant someone offered me (after I decided not to order anything and eat later) a day ago, and noticed my stomach feeling a bit icky after, so I stopped. Then I started thinking, "oh drats, what if that bacon was cooked in processed oils? What if it had a sugar rub?" And started wondering if I needed to start all over.
