I had gastric bypass surgery several years ago and I need to take a multivitamin every day. I am having no luck in finding a vitamin without, soy, dairy, and sugar of some kind. You might ask your doctor or pharmacist if they know of anything, but this falls under doctor's orders, which always take precedence over whole30 rules.
