ZERO sugar, coconut milk, almond milk, potassium citrate, locust bean gum, (that one scares me) gellan gum (scares me too) and calcium carbonate and sunflower lectin... thanks! There are a couple of downloads that address a lot of common ingredients here: https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/. Specifically for this, the common additives cheat sheet, but the sneaky sugars list can also be helpful. You can also Google whole30 plus whatever ingredient you have a question about and one of the top results is almost always a previous discussion here in the forum addressing that ingredient.
