Mamaofmany
I'm new here, so I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place. I'm hopefully getting over this awful GI bug and I'm finally starting to feel hungry, but I'm afraid to eat. I'm on day 9 of my first Whole30 (though I've been eating mostly paleo for several months). I feel like I'm finally over the sugar/carb cravings so I don't want to sabotage myself now. However, my usual go to foods in a situation like this are rice, toast, bananas, and 7 Up. Obviously those are out now. So, ideas?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 9, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 9, 2013 I feel comfortable with slow cooker roast beef and baked sweet potato when my stomach has been upset. And kombucha to drink.
Kirsteen
I find sparkling water easier on the stomach and scrambled egg is usually my first go-to.
Mamaofmany
Thanks! I think I'll ask my husband to make me some scrambled eggs when he gets home. Can't wait to feel better!
