Many of the good habits remain, but wanting to tighten up some. Questions regarding two cashew milk products that I eat most mornings - Silk Creamy Cashew Mink (unsweetened) and Forager Organic Cashew Milk Yogurt. I use them every morning to make a shake whose only other ingredients are spinach, avocado and a little bit of cantelope.
