Which reintro should I do?

Hey all! I'm REALLY leaning toward the Whole30 Slow Roll. I've done several rounds of AIP before and knew the effects of certain foods on my body even before I did the Whole30. I'm totally ok with not introducing the problematic foods backs into my daily diet. However, I want to know what Food Freedom is, especially for special occasions. My question on the Slow Roll reintro phase is this: Can I only eat certain foods from one off-limit food group that day? (So I guess that would leave desserts out, right? Considering there's sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy and on and on.) Or is it ok to eat from multiple off-limit groups since it's only for a special occasion? Thanks!
