Sunniva Holt
Sorry this might not be the right place to post this question - if so please tell me where it should be as I wasn't sure I know for most people they need to up their fat levels but I think I might be at the extreme I'm having loads of Thai curries with coconut cream, avocadoes, olive oil on my salad, veges/eggs cooked in ghee or coconut oil. Like, HEAPS I truly love fats so I kinda go overboard..... and I think I'm putting on weight even though the rest of my diet is pretty clean. clothes are snug right now! Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 16, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 16, 2013 You could eat more fat than you need for your activity level, but if you follow the guidelines of the meal template, you should be just right. Look at the guidelines - http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf - and tell us how you are doing with reference.
