In search for some meat (all have sugar in it apparently) I found a product we call "Slavinken" and it's practically ground meat wrapped in bacon. The ingredient list is as followed: For the sausage Ground pork Ground beef Water Potato starch Salt Spices (bell pepper powder) Sodiumacetate Sodiumcitrate Ascorbic acid Sodium ascorbate For the bacon: Pork meat Water Salt Potato starch Sodium citrate Xanthangum Not really sure if the potato starch is part of the pancake rule in this case?
