Hi Mike. Your meals look tasty!

With my meals, I need to add carbs in pretty regularly (winter squash or sweet potato) to keep me from looking around for a snack. As you're hitting the gym, the guidelines also mention a pre- or post-workout mini-meal (I'm not working out like that so I am not up on what to do but I just wanted to mention it).

Were you already cooking or is it new for you to be busy in the kitchen?
