It went good, 1 gallon of water and 3 meals breakfast--4 eggs omelette with string beans lunch--Salad with 1 chicken breast dinner-- 2 pieces of whiting(wild caught) and 2 cups of veggies Im going to post up all 3 meals now... :0) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

With my meals, I need to add carbs in pretty regularly (winter squash or sweet potato) to keep me from looking around for a snack. As you're hitting the gym, the guidelines also mention a pre- or post-workout mini-meal (I'm not working out like that so I am not up on what to do but I just wanted to mention it).
