PAINTED PEGGIES
I didn't think I was seeing any difference during my whole 30, since I was already 'free' of the non-compliant stuff, except dairy, my true love, lol. I started putting cream in my coffee, and I have been getting tiny hives on my face and just have a general feeling of itchiness. (Also had some cheese and butter, but just a little) So is the dairy doing it? I am going to go off it again as a test...
Kirsteen
Yes, I'd cut it out for a few days til it's cleared up and then you could try reintroducing it again to see if it was the cause or just a coincidence.
1Maryann
From the reading I've done, here and other places, it seems dairy is one of the things that cause the worst reactions. When you think about it, we are the only animal that continues to consume milk, in any form, past weaning. And we aren't using milk designed for our own species, but that of other species. When you consider that fact, it does seem rather unnatural. So a reaction would seem to be almost inevitable.
