Guest
I'm used to smoking alot and am not ready to give up smoking yet. I wanted to know how much smoking during this would affect my outcomes. I ask because I know myself and changing eating habits is one thing but going cold turkey on cigarettes is another. Thanks for any advice and information. melody
In "It Starts With Food," the Hartwigs recommend that you don't smoke at all during a Whole30, and if necessary to postpone the Whole30 until after you've quit smoking. That said, I think that cleaning up your diet ever hurt matters! Good luck! :-)
Shelli
Melody is spot on. I am sure you can do a few searches on the homepage and within the forums for more advice. Best of luck!
melliemoo
I've been smoking and started Chantix during my W30. Maybe it isn't ideal, but I am noticing positive effects from changing my diet. I'm almost off cigs completely.
