Forgive me if this topic has been addressed before, but I was wondering about the healthiest types of shrimp we can eat. I am on a budget and have read about others who buy there "responsibly farmed" bags of shrimp at Costco. What does "responsibly" farmed even mean because I've studied some pretty, terrible things about farm raised shrimp as well as all other farm raised seafood. Should I be worried about the specific type that I purchase? Will the farm raised type hinder the success of my W30?
