Hi, Im new here :-)

Hi :-) Im a 29 year old girl ( woman) that really want to get through this 30 days. I struggle with sugeraddiction, and this is the only way I can eat if Im going to stay healty. It was not a huge problem before, but I didn't realize until 6-7 months ago, that I am addicted to sugar. I've tried several times to quit my habit, but I have not been doing this right. I've ate a lot of veggis and clean meat, but I also had stevia, erythol and light sodas and maybe that's why I relapse every second and third week.. Maybe there is others like me here? Let me know :)
