Dhawkins83
I'm a mom of three & currently first time doing W30, however I've been eating paleoish for almost a year. Anyway I hadn't thought of our upcoming weeklong road trip for spring break which will fall toward the end of my W30. The rest of my family is supportive but not doing it with me so they will be stopping for fast food. What kind of compliant meals could I pack for this trip? Moluv
A cooler full of meatballs, sliced chicken, baked salmon- whatever you think is yummy cold. A few jars of cultured veggies. A couple of jars of mashed sweet potatoes. Fruit, veggies, nuts. A case of Kombucha. Peeled boiled eggs. Please be the one who comes back on in a couple of weeks with a "nah ner nah, I finished my whole 30 in a car 600 miles from home so if I can do it you can do it" success story.
