dianavuong
I bought a stir-fry mix from Trader Joes this evening and cooked with it. When I dumped it into the pan, I realized that I forgot to pick out the baby corn from it. It wasn't in there for more than a minute before I was able to get all of them out. Should I be worried about the cross-contamination of VERY slightly cooked corn? I'm pretty sure I was able to pick every last bit out. Also, there was bamboo in it. Is bamboo okay? Kirsteen
If you picked it all out, I wouldn't worry about it and yes bamboo's fine
dianavuong
Thank you Kirsteen. If by chase there happens to be a tiny little piece that I missed and ate (without my knowledge), does that constitute a restart?
Kirsteen
If it was so tiny that you didn't even notice it and don't know for a fact it was even there, then again I wouldn't worry about it unless you had a total reaction after eating it (if it was there) if you see what I mean. So, presuming you had no reaction, I'd just carry on. good luck
