But then I read a little further, after purchasing it and it says it is a derivative of soybeans. What is the best choice for soy sauce-esque flavors? Tamari? AmyS Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 You'll want to look for coconut aminos. Braggs is soy. Tamari is a kind of soy sauce. Coconut aminos provide a similar flavor and are compliant.
