jrouire Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 Hi there, I am a long distance runner and I normally have a few ways of fueling my body before and during runs. I usually take my Energy powder before a long run and fuel with GU gel packs along the way. I am assuming that this is breaking the rules, so are there any ways that any of you runners fuel your bodies during these long distance runs? thanks!
