Morning all. I have just found a whole daikon in my fridge. Not sure how it has ended up there. I am neither a fan of it nor do I know how to cook it. My go-to paleo cooking websites seem to use it raw in salads, not an option. My granny used to pickle them, that might be an option, I like cannery.

Please share if you have some recipe for me. Thanks!
