chopper28
Hello, Im just doing my 1st whole 30 programme, wanting to make some of the curries in the nook. However, i have read the contents on the jars of thai currie paste (from standard supermarkets) and i am wondering if they are whole30 friendly? I just dont want to eat something with hidden nasties and undo the hard work. Bascially, is jarred thai curry paste allowed or should i make my own from scratch? Any info would be helpful Thanks Claire
missmary
some jarred pastes are ok, but some aren't, so you have to check the label carefully. yes, you can also make your own (using only approved ingredients of course).
Ashley V.
Does anyone have a recipe for a good approved green curry paste? I have this issue too. . .
