When you're not on a W30, you can have absolutely anything you like, the choice is totally yours :) Even on a W30, they're allowed. Here's what Tom had to say about them in another thread in this forum

You can have flaxseed, but you are unlikely to be gaining meaningful benefits from it. Flax is highly promoted as a great source of omega3s, but flax provides ALA, while our bodies use EPA and DHA. The conversion mechanism rarely works effectively, so the chances are you are not getting what you need from flax.
