adamrules Posted May 6, 2013 Share Posted May 6, 2013 Hi everybody I am wrapping up my day 4 with solid results. I think my mistakes in round 1 helped me to be more prepared, and know what to expect. I've been excited to see what my next daily email will be as well. Nutrition wise I've been eating a lot of hard boiled eggs and have been using home made trail mix as an emergency snack. Just about every one of them helped me out and I was sad to see them end! I was reluctant to fork over the $15 (having just bought the book), but my SO encouraged it . . . thankfully!
