CWat223 Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 I just finished my 30 last week and I'm really trying to continue eating pretty much the same things with little variation. The only thing that I have added to my diet is a little bit of coffee creamer and that's it. I'm really getting tired of eggs for breakfast. I'm not eating fruit so I can avoid the sugar all together. Does anyone have any breakfast ideas that do not involve eggs or fruit? I've just had it with eggs! In general, though, it's best to quit thinking in terms of "breakfast food" and just know that you can eat anything for your first meal of the day that you eat at any other time. Leftovers, soups, meatballs, salmon cakes, salads -- it's all breakfast food, or lunch food, or dinner food. Food is food. Eat it at whatever time of day you want to.
