Hey all! im on day 8 of the whole 30, this is my first time doing it, and im finding my energy to be pretty low, im having a hard time concentrating, and im pretty blue. Its this normal? I know there is a withdrawl period, and that is never easy- but im wondering if there is something i can do - or if i should be concerned. thanks so much

Post a few days of what you've been eating and how they relate to the template.  Also, knowing nothing about your specifics, I'd say eat more fats and starchy veggies (sweet potato, squash, etc.), make sure you're salting your food, and drink more water.

Have you seen the timeline?  http://whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline/  Not everyone follows it exactly, it's pretty general (and pretty funny), but low energy is common around this time.
