I know this is probably a very silly question but I sent my husband to the store to buy cold brew black coffee and he came home with caramel cold brew coffee ( the ingredients are water, organic black coffee, and natural flavors ). While I know that technically the ingredients meet the whole30 standard I feel like it might be cheating ? Is it ok to have or no ? As you noted, the ingredients are technically OK, but if you are coming off some sort of wicked caramel latte addiction or something it might not be the best choice for you.
