    Day 22! I really haven't been logging my food at all, but besides that things have been going really good! I've been having some cravings the past couple of days, but I know I'm so close to the end, so it's easy to push them out of my mind. Hope everyone is doing well!

    I also haven't been logging or planning as much, but I feel like it's because I'm getting more comfortable with this new way of eating, as opposed to because I'm "losing steam". I'm getting much better at throwing meals together on the fly. If you already have plenty of meat and veggies maybe you just don't actually feel as much need to plan? Oh my gosh, I've had dreams three nights in a row that I ate cake or ice cream, and then woke up so mad at myself because I thought I'd have to start over! haha

    Hi all! Day 15! Halfway!! I didn't log my food at all this weekend, but I am still going strong! I've been feeling really great these past couple of days. My date and I ended up keeping it super simple and just cooking some salmon with lemon garlic green beans and snow peas. It was so good. They had apparently gotten cookies to bring over but then I told them about my Whole30, they brought over some mangos instead! Yum! I didn't do as much meal prep this weekend so hopefully I'm not going to be stuck in any hard spots without food ready to go. Going to try to cook a couple of things tonight! Hope everyone is doing well! Congrats on making it to halfway!

    Day 10 already! Wow! I'm in a little bit of a rut with food, so I'm gonna try to change it up this weekend. But I feel pretty good! This morning I put on my pants and realized I had to go a notch down on my belt?!? I was very surprised. I must just be less bloated! This weekend I have a date and they are going to come over and we're going to cook dinner, so I'm hunting around for interesting but not crazy recipes...

    Happy Day 8 / Monday! Congrats to all for finishing Week 1! This weekend I made roasted veggies (broccoli, sweet potato, yellow zucchini, mushrooms), roasted chicken thighs, egg salad (with compliant avocado oil mayo I found at the store!), fruit salad, salmon cakes, and a big frittata for breakfasts. I should be set for the week! I may have even made too much food?? I've been feeling pretty good, but I anticipate this next week I will hit a "boredom" wall. The first week flew by! I don't imagine I'll be so lucky this week, but who knows? Hope everyone has a great start to Week 2!

    Hi Everyone! Just got through reading everyone's updates. Hope you are all having a great weekend! It's Day 7! It doesn't feel like it's been a week already! I'm surprised at how good I feel. Last time I felt like it took longer for me to not feel like crap. Although I have been doing poorly the past couple of days with not snacking. My schedule this week isn't as crazy so I hope I can do better. I already cooked some chicken and veggies for the week. I want to make another big frittata for breakfasts and maybe try making mayo.

    Good morning, everyone! I felt so happy today when I got my Whole30 Daily email and it said Day 5! I feel much better this morning than I did yesterday. Not as tired or "foggy". My mood feels good. My skin is not as angry. Last night I got home later than usual and was so tired, but I stopped at the store on the way home, and I put my leftover salmon cake "batter" in the oven before dinner. Then after I ate, I cut up some veggies and started marinating some chicken so I have something I can throw in the oven tonight for meals this weekend. I felt very accomplished getting this all done even though I felt exhausted. My goal today is to try to drink more water. I have been very thirsty the past couple of days, so I've already been pretty good at it, but I think for my weight I still need to be getting more. Hope everyone has a good day!

    Okay, thanks. I mainly just liked the idea of posting pictures in my log, but I guess I'll just forgo that. I would still like to know if there's any way to delete the images from My Attachments? I can't figure out how to do it. I don't care if they disappear from the posts they were in. I'd just like to clear up the space.

    May 1 Start - Support

    My Day 3 was a little rough, but I'm ready for Day 4 today! My mood has been pretty good (considering my baseline is usually slightly depressed and anxious, overall it's actually been a little better than usual), but my energy has been very low after work, my skin is breaking out like mad, and I've been having mild stomach aches at night as I'm falling asleep. My anxiety was a little worse yesterday afternoon, so while I've been trying to not snack between meals, I let myself snack on healthy things (almonds and carrots) between lunch and dinner, since food is often a comfort when I feel anxious, and I figured healthy snacking was an improvement over junk food. I'm going to try to plan some meals this weekend that incorporate more fat, and maybe larger portions in general. I'm very glad I cooked so much this last weekend because I definitely haven't had the time or energy this week. Preparation is everything! I am starting like three new medications tomorrow, so I am nervous about dealing with possible side effects of those right now, too. But I just keep telling myself that if I can make it through the next couple of weeks I'm going to feel so much better on the other side. Happy Day 4!
  15. Hi, I searched and can see some of this has been brought up before but I couldn't find any answers that actually helped me. I only now realized that when I attach pictures from my computer/phone, I am using up a limited amount of space I have for all of my attachments. Is there a way to delete my old attachments? I can find the "My Attachments" section in my settings, but I see no way to do anything except view them. If I do delete them, will they be deleted from the threads they are in? Also, I tried to attach an image by URL from my Dropbox, but when I hit "Insert" the URL just turns red and nothing happens... Thanks!
