Coffee creamer?

The only coconut milk coffee creamer I have found has syrup in it... I thought I read somewhere the coconut milk creamer was allowed? What do I do?

You need to buy 100% canned coconut. It should only contain coconut, water and guar gum to be compliant. It's pretty easy to find these days.

I went creamer free--and evidently caffeine free as well. I was having a real difficult time the first week or so and come to find out, we had switched our coffee to decaf. That made perfect sense as to the reason why I was having a more difficult time than most at that point of the W30.

Sorry, but to clarify- do you mean canned coconut milk? The kind I might usually use in curries?

yep - canned coconut milk. Though the W30 usually recommends full fat coconut milk, I found that the light coconut milk from Trader Joe's blends well in coffee. Any other kind I have tried separates and is kind of icky.

Totally agree. I like it because it is 99 cents and it is perfect in iced coffee/tea.
