Celeste Grimes Walker
Ok I am asking this knowing I may not like the answer, but here it goes. I have canned tomato sauce and paste that have sugar in the nutrition facts, but not in the ingredients list. Does this mean they are natural sugars from the tomatos used or are these sugars added? The sauce has 2g and the paste has 3g both listed in the nutrition facts. Can I use them to cook with?? THANK YOU!
Physibeth
Yes, as long as there is no added sugar in the ingredients list.
