Bean Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 Greetings....I work in the veterinary field and my schedule is incredibly inconsistent....I typically try to eat my third meal before 8pm, however there are occasions when I get home after that time...I am an anesthesia technician and there are cases where I'll be with a patient for several hours and am unable to eat....this happened last night.....I got home at 9pm....my usual bedtime is 10pm.....what are your recommendations for what to eat when it's past 8pm, and so close to bedtime ??
