Breathe in and out.  You can either take a few deep breaths, or just notice your breathing for a few minutes.  It can help to center and ground yourself.

Look for ways to get a quickie workout in: can you walk up and down some flights of stairs?  Can you walk around the block?  Can you put on your favorite dance music and dance like there's no tomorrow?
