NewStart2014 Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I'm just wondering how you cope with Stress in your Whole 30 life when you can't exercise at that given moment that you are maxed out and you just have to deal? GFChris Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 Breathe in and out. You can either take a few deep breaths, or just notice your breathing for a few minutes. It can help to center and ground yourself.Look for ways to get a quickie workout in: can you walk up and down some flights of stairs? Can you walk around the block?
