Digestive enzymes at mini-meals

I don't actually do post WO meals but I take digestive enzymes anytime I eat protein and/or fat.  Obviously now on W30 all meals or mini meals containfn protein and fat but I started taking them years ago for gallbladder / bile-duct issues and my nutritionist said to take them with anything other than just fruit (not that I have that on it's own anymore :)) so basically i just take them every time I eat.

 

I'd suggest experimenting and seeing what 'sits' best with you.

I have not been taking them with snacks (aka mini meals, aka pre or post wo meals).  I maybe should, but taking them with the main meals has helped my digestion, so I'm good.  I agree with experimenting to see what works for you.
