delvallex
Hi all, I've got a batch of almonds soaking for homemade almond milk right now (unsweetened, to use with coffee) and I've recently seen a few recipes for things like sesame seed milk, sunflower seed milk, flax milk, etc. I know those are on the limit side - would these kinds of milks (homemade, unsweetened) be considered compliant, if only used for things like coffee? Try as I might (nearly every day), I still find the taste of even watered down coconut milk to be quite distasteful. Thanks! Alex
GFChris
Have you tried coffee with coconut oil and ghee? That has been my new way of having coffee since being on the Whole30 (mix it with my hand blender), and I've enjoyed it. (I did try coconut milk in it once and didn't like it.) Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 20, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 20, 2013 Seed and nut milks are okay, but, as you note, should be limited.
