Day one

It's my first day! I've done a lot of research and planning and so excited to start. Only had breakfast so far three scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and salsa. I couldn't finish it all but it was very good. My husband is supportive (reluctantly) but I hope by the end he will be 100% on board.

Yes, welcome!  My hubs took a bit to come around (esp the first week of me being grumple pants).  But soon he saw how great I am feeling and the positive changes I am making.  I don't know that he will ever join me but at least he supports me.  Good luck!
