Feeling Dizzy and Lightheaded

I am on day 13 of my first Whole 30.

I also have PCOS, so my endocrine system and hormones have some imbalances.

While on W30, I have been dizzy and sometimes light headed. It normally occurs a few hours after eating. Normally it means I have to eat something because my blood sugar is low.

Has anyone else felt dizzy or lightheaded between meals??

What should I do?
