JanelS
I am on day 13 of my first Whole 30. I also have PCOS, so my endocrine system and hormones have some imbalances. While on W30, I have been dizzy and sometimes light headed. It normally occurs a few hours after eating. Normally it means I have to eat something because my blood sugar is low. Has anyone else felt dizzy or lightheaded between meals?? What should I do?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 7, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 7, 2013 My guess is that you need to eat more protein, fat, and veggies at meals and maybe add an extra meal each day.
