Hi!! I like your plan - you've basically made it a lifestyle with the occasional deviation! That's the best thing to do, isn't it? (Says me still plodding a long not quite ready to reintro anything!)

PreWO - fat and protein

PostWo - protein and carbs :) less or no carbs I think is the recommendation for weight loss...
